Lyrics for "Amay Khojo" are a Bengali translation of a famous poem by 15th Century Indian poet, Kabir Das. This excerpt speaks to a central spiritual lesson: the Divine or truth is not confined to external temples, sacred sites, or ritual formulas. It rejects the idea that divinity can be found only in Kailash, Mecca, or in meditation alone, and instead places the sacred in a more intimate, inner space—within us and in the trust we place in life. The poem emphasizes that rigid rules, bodily disciplines, or purely cosmic signs do not guarantee awakening. True realization emerges when one looks beyond outward forms and recognizes the divine presence in faith, trust, and authentic perception.
